The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul At The Bosphorus Hotel

We loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, being fairly close to all other places and near the center of modern Istanbul. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious and clean room that provided fine views. The breakfast was refreshing and delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I had a great time at the hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The pool was amazing, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the luxurious surroundings. The restaurant also served delicious food, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like. the view from the balcony room was disappointing.

Without prior notice the outdoor swimming pool has been privatized for an event on a Saturday. It was impossible to use it. After complaining to the reception desk they indicated who had sent a message on the televisions that morning. Who turns on the television early in the morning? I wonder.

The view from our room was amazing. In-room breakfast was delicious and arrived quickly. The staff was polite and attentive. We received a lovely birthday gift upon arrival. The location was great for exploring historic sites and shopping. Great value for money.

there's no bar on the roof, there's no early check-in, which was agreed in advance.

Reservation made a little more than 4 months before my arrival having ideally requested a room on the highest floor . Result of the races the hotel gave me a room located on the 5th floor... for a hotel with 17 floors. Disappointment all the more since the view from the room overlooking the concrete of the stadium... The atmosphere at the bar is sad.

The gym and spa facilities were excellent and up to the highest standards. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to Taksim Square and the Beşiktaş Harbour. the staff was polite and helpful, and we were even given an upgrade to a spacious room with a Bosphorus view.

We had a beautiful experience at The Ritz-Carlton in Istanbul. The hotel staff were really nice too make our anniversary celebration lovely, with complimentary decorations and a cake. The team, including Mehmed Emin Demir, Ibrahim Korglu, and Ahmed Desoky, took care of our every need and provided excellent recommendations. From a room upgrade with a view of the Bosphorus to assistance with local tours and transfers, they was awesome. The hotel's location is excellent, and the spa facilities are great. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay.

Friendly and welcoming staff from the front desk to the room cleaners, making us feel special throughout our stay. The location is peaceful, away from the busy bazaars and markets, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The family deluxe room was spacious and well-suited for our needs, with connected rooms, comfortable beds, and even rolling beds for the kids. The room cleaner, Yusif, added a sweet touch to our stay by leaving chocolates on the bed after cleaning.

The only minor issue was that the location wasn't ideal for those who prefer to be in the heart of things. it was nice to be away from the crowds and enjoy the serene atmosphere of this hotel.

During our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, we were kinda surprised by the beautiful views of the water from our Bosphorus suite. It was a true delight to wake up to such a picturesque scene every morning. The room itself was well-appointed and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities in perfect working condition, from the AC to the wifi. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome amenity of local dried fruit and dessert. the international wall plugs were a convenient touch for travelers like us. The hotel's location near Kabatas metro station allowed us easy access to all the tourist sites without having to worry about traffic, and the hop on hop off boat tour from the nearby docks provided a nice and reasonably priced experience. We only wish we had booked another night to fully soak in the experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location near Taksim Square, Grand Bazaar, and Blue Mosque. Clean property with friendly staff. Large and comfortable rooms with cozy beds. Amazing hospitality from the moment we arrived until we left. Loved the special Turkish dishes at breakfast.
